Symbolic Constants
Symbolic Constants are constants which may be defined and will serve as a substitute for a character or numerical value. Symbolic Constants are generally defined near the beginning of a program using #define CONSTANT value

Notice how we keep the Symbolic Constant all capital letters, this lets the programmer and readers know that it is a Symbolic Constant and differentiate it from other variables.
